What is Goshiwon?

A goshiwon(고시원, also known as Gosiwon, Goshitel, Mini-studio, Livingtel and Oneroomtel) is basically a tiny room fully furnished with everything that you need to live. The size of the goshiwon is from 5m2 to 10m2 and it has a bed, desk, and sometimes a bathroom, shower room, fridge and TV. You will have your own private room, however, you will share the kitchen area and washing machine.

What is Oneroom?

Oneroom(원룸) is a studio apartment that one person can stay long term. The size of the oneroon is normally from 16m2 to 32m2 and the room shared the kitchen area and there will be bathroom. Half of the room is fully furnished with everything and the other half has nothing so you need to buy everything. You can make a short contract but normally the contract will be 1 year or 2 years with high deposit.

If you want to we can arrange a pick-up service from airport to your room. We can also provide drop-off service as well.

SIM card service

We strongly recommend you having a SIM card in Korea and we can help you to buy it. Please let us know how many month you need and we will the SIM card to your room.
